The Beauty in Getting Lost

Being a Jeep girl, this phrase is on my timeline a lot. Not all who wander are lost is true, to an extent. The thing is, I enjoy getting lost. You never know what you might find.

Recently, I went to Red Robin with some family. If you’ve never been, it’s a burger restaurant with fantastic food and bottomless fries! They have wall art that is quirky and fun.

The United States wall art made me remember a long-forgotten item on my bucket list. I want to travel to every state and build this collage:

Find it on Amazon here. The seller also makes individual states.

I’ve been to almost every state, but didn’t go exploring nearly enough. That WILL change! I’m certain I’ll find more than one beautiful thing in each state.

But first, I’ll need to get lost. You see, the truly beautiful places won’t be found on the interstate. It’ll take the back-roads and maybe even some off-roading. (Good thing I have a Jeep!)

This week I challenge you to get off the beaten path. Take the road less traveled. Get a little lost. And maybe, just maybe, you’ll find a little peace for yourself along the way.
