Depression has been kicking my tail the last few days. I didn’t want to get out of bed this weekend, but I needed to. The sun has been proven to improve your mood, so hubby and I decided to enjoy the nice weather and head to the stockyards.
I truly had a good time, though it drained me. It made me feel better about relaxing after I got home.
What do you do when you don’t feel like doing anything? Do you give in or get up?
